academic Websites. Provides examples and evidence from the literature with regard to how search and navigation systems support users’ ability to search for information,
to navigate Websites and to improve Website accessibility. The importance of using and placing classification/faceted classification, controlled vocabulary, taxonomy, and
thesauri on Websites is discussed.
